Casa Carlita has two bedrooms and two suites, all equipped with an ideal environment for a regenerating rest, guaranteeing absolute silence and comfort. The rooms are spacious, each with its own private bathroom, wardrobe and an area dedicated to smart-working. Each bathroom features an original and unique design. All rooms ensure maximum privacy, thanks to soundproofing, and offer a panoramic view from the large windows. The suites also feature a private terrace. Three of the four double beds can be converted into six comfortable single beds, making the villa perfect for guests with different needs. The beds are designed to ensure optimal rest, thanks to the use of high-tech mattresses, made out of natural materials. In addition, the sheets and towels are 100% organic cotton.
Mandarino Room
Luxurious bedroom of about 50 square meters, with a large queen size double bed and private bathroom with bathtub. The bed can also be arranged as two single beds according to the needs of the guest. The windows overlook the west side to enjoy the sunset and the lights of the city of Rosolini in the distance. The view of the surrounding hills is a source of tranquility and rest.

Exclusive suite of about 65 square meters, with private bathroom. It has a private terrace facing east to enjoy the view of the swimming pool, the Val di Noto and, in the distance, the Ionian Sea. By opening the large window, you can enjoy the sunrise. The double bed, queen size, can also be transformed into two single beds if the guest wishes.

Exclusive suite of about 65 square meters, with private bathroom. It has a private terrace facing east to enjoy the view of the swimming pool, the Val di Noto and, in the distance, the Ionian Sea. By opening the large window, you can enjoy the sunrise. The double bed, queen size, can also be transformed into two single beds if the guest wishes.

The main suite of Casa Carlita, is made up of 3 spaces: bedroom, dressing room and private bathroom, for a total area of about 75 m2. It has a private terrace facing east with a spectacular view of the olive grove, the garden with the swimming pool, the symbolic tower of Casa Carlita and the Val di Noto, with the Ionian Sea in the background. Opening the large window overlooking the terrace is an invitation to linger for long hours and contemplate Sicilian nature in all its splendour. Sunrise is a unique event from the terrace or even from the bed. The bathroom is very spacious, with an original and modern Sicilian style.
