This place is magical!
I spent a couple of weeks here in mid December 2022 and was enchanted with the ambiance of this property. A luxurious in its own right, it is situated on top of a hill surrounded by an olive grove and citrus trees, with spectacular views on three sides. Its furnishings are minimalist, yet very sophisticated, light, yet very refined. It has a multi-cultured architectural tone, with clear Sicilian overtones, making it very comfortable and welcoming.
The exteriors are sublime, with a large terrace, a BBQ grill, a beautiful garden and a magnificent infinity edge pool, not to mention an observation tower to gaze at the stars at night. Perfect for the very discerning guests (such as my mother-in-law), it is very comfortable, practical and functional, even for those who wish to enjoy a home-cooked meal on occasion – for one or many!
I highly recommend Casa Carlita to anyone who wants to get away from it all, discover the magic of the Sicilian outback without sacrificing comfort, and still being a short drive from some of the most charming towns and attractions in Sicily.

A splendid stay, which corresponds in every way to our expectations and surpasses them when it comes to travel, meetings and discoveries.
First of all, the architect's house, in a setting of olive trees totally in harmony with nature, perched on a hill with 360 views over the entire region including the sea, absolute tranquility, far from the turpitudes of the world . Magnificent swimming pool and convivial spaces open to the gardens and olive trees as the protagonist of a friendly and warm design space.
We were welcomed by the owners, in a generous and warm way, in a multilingual atmosphere open to the world. What beautiful encounters, at the ends of the world…

Un splendide séjour, qui correspond en tout point à nos attentes et les surpassent quand il s’agit de voyages, rencontres et découvertes.
Tout d’abord, la maison d’architecte, dans un écrin d’oliviers totalement en harmonie avec la nature, juchée sur une colline avec des vues à 360 sur toute la région dont la mer, une tranquillité absolue, loin des turpitudes du monde. Magnifique piscine et des espaces de convivialité ouverts sur les jardins et les oliviers comme protagoniste d’un espace design convivial et chaleureux.
Nous avons été accueilli par les propriétaires, de façon généreuse et chaleureuse, dans une atmosphère polyglotte et ouverte sur le monde. Que de belles rencontres, aux confins du monde…

Fantastic place to spend a beautiful vacation with friends or family. The hotel Masseria Della Volpe next door is a real plus to go play tennis, spa, restaurant etc.

Initié à la gastronomie locale, à des criques secrètes pour des baignades inspirées. Le lieu recèle de trésors : le village historique de Ragusa, Noto (capitale du baroque), la ville médiévale de Syracuse et la réserve naturelle de Vendicari. Ce séjour fut rehaussé par la proximité de l’hôtel 5 étoiles, jouxtant la propriété, le restaurant divin ainsi que le SPA, massage haut de gamme, restaurant dévolu à la gastronomie sicilienne avec les produits cultivés sur site & biodynamiques, circuit court, proximité et créativité rehaussent toutes les expériences. Pour les sportifs, hiking, mountain bike, salle de sport, jogging dans la nature… La chambre avec une literie haut de gamme, calme et moderne a rehaussé nos nuits, une qualité de sommeil incomparable, niché dans la splendeur des lieux.
