The villa was built using Sicilian materials and local sandstone for the exteriors, and is located in the middle of an olive grove of 39,000 m2. The garden has been carefully designed, combining lawn with typical Sicilian vegetation, and is harmoniously lit during the night. The swimming pool, situated in a panoramic position, is divided in half between the area covered by a loggia with a corner bar and the outdoor area, heated by the sun. The loggia is located under a majestic tower, which offers access to a terrace overlooking the Sicilian landscape and the Ionian Sea. At night, you can admire unique glimpses of light, of the city of Noto to the east and of the city of Rosolini to the west.
